ARIA is a privately owned development company founded in 2003 by Managing Director Tim Forrester. The firm has gone from strength to strength in recent years by delivering high quality developments in only the best locations. ARIA are a committed professional team that have an extensive range of experience and knowledge in property development, management, investment, construction, sales and marketing. This has produced a unique competitive advantage resulting in multiple award winning projects.  ARIA’s last 8 projects have been award winning, with Austin being awarded best High Rise Development in Australia at the Asia Pacific Awards in Kuala Lumpur in 2015.

ARIA is passionate about creating amazing retail spaces and transforming the public realm at the ground floor spaces of its developments. ARIA is now transforming South Brisbane starting with Fish Lane and Melbourne Street. The process has started with bringing Julius Pizzeria, Maker, Gauge, Habitat and Merriweather to the area and celebrity chef Ben O’Donoghue opening BillyKart Restaurant in late 2015.
